Returns: Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 10 days of purchase. All returned items must be in as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. All returns on normally stocked items that are not due to an error on our end will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, complete chipped ECU Control Modules, exhaust systems, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Deposits for special order items are not refundable.

Damaged in Transit: All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Do not return any items to TyrolSport without contacting us.

Legality: Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use. TyrolSport does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.

Payment Terms: Acceptable payment methods for domestic orders include and are limited to Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment methods by Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order in US dollars only. Please contact us at 917-626-3368 to determine the total amount. International orders placed directly with TyrolSport must be paid in full via bank transfer before shipment of product. Please contact us for details.

PRICING AND SITE CONTENT: TyrolSport LLC continually strives for excellence and perfection with regards to the information posted on our site, however some pricing and/or typographical errors may occur, and prices may be subject to change without notice. Should a pricing inaccuracy occur on our site and/or on your order, your account will not be automatically charged. We will contact you to make you aware of the price change, at which time you may decide to continue with your order or to cancel.

SHIPPING & ORDERS: TyrolSport LLC has built a reputation for rapid order processing and immediate shipping (as seen on and discussed by our customers at a number of discussion forums), but ask you to please allow a minimum of 5-7 days for your product to arrive. As a general rule, your product will arrive sooner, but we prefer to quote 5-7 days just to be on the safe side. In most cases, a tracking number is included with your confirmation at the time your product ships. We ask that you please contact us if you do not receive your item within seven business days of your order date. Items must be shipped to the billing addressed associated with the credit card.

It's the responsibility of the site user to be available at the address at which orders are to be sent to. TyrolSport, Inc. is not responsible for items that are not received due to user not being available at the address at which they are asking items to be shipped to. When possible, TyrolSport will provide online tracking numbers on orders.
Any expedited order for Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select must be made by 2:00 PM EST for it to go out same day. Any order placed after 2:01 PM will ship next business day.

SALES TAX: In accordance with New York law, 8.375% sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to an address within the state of New York. This also applies to orders placed by non-New York residents requesting an order be shipped to a New York address. As a courtesy to our New York customers, in some circumstances, the cost of an item may be discounted in order to offset the sales tax we are required to charge. This service is not available for all items, so please inquire at the time your order is placed. Discounting an item for a New York resident is not available after the item has shipped, nor will a credit or refund be issued thereafter. Discounts may only be applied at the time an order is placed. Please contact our sales department with inquiries about this offer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any order not shipping to the Continental United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada must be paid with by bank transfer or Paypal. All orders are to be paid for with Western Union and can be sent to the contact info below:
All orders will ship USPS International Priority unless otherwise noted. USPS International Priority does not offer tracking info of any kind and can take up to four (4) weeks to arrive.
